I was looking through the forums and saw some threads about -/+15 dBmV being out of spec for Rogers Zones. While I am not getting any latency or disconnections in games, I figure I should ask for some advice on the below data:

NOTE #1: I found a splitter in the basement panel closet, but this line was deactivated years ago in favor of the line at the 2nd floor of the house. I have attached a picture of the splitter just in case.
NOTE #2: One glitch I found with the TC4400 is that I need to reboot the router in order to get into the TC4400 panel every time. Not sure what's happening here.
