Sadly I needed to leave start today.
I live downtown Hamilton and what is going on right now between Start.ca and Cogeco is just sad. I am sad as well to leave start.ca
I needed 1Gbits internt becaue of my usage but start was not able to get us on a 250 plan as promised. For some reason , Cogeco is able to deliver 1Gbips to my home and start is stuck at 100Mbits.
Also some people in burlington \ oakville have access to greater speeds with cogeco than in Hamilton and it makes me super mad because I really do not understand what is going on. Some people on the forum are also able to get 1Gbits from Start but not my area.
As Soon as Start will offer better speeds in my area I will switch again 100%
