My girlfriend's parents installed Start's 40/10 in January and I'm here vising them this weekend. I was planning to work from home here and stay for the week but decided not to due to the high pings and inability to get the full 40/10 speeds when my girlfriend ran a speedtest. My work's VPN is very sensitive to high latency. Here are my results using a DCM 476:

Seems like there's a bit of congestion, which is understandable due to COVID-19. But the SNR, high ping and buffer bloat is concerning. They just left Bell ADSL to join Start based on my recommendation after all.
