I have yet to speak to a human.
Sent an email as well. No response yet.
Tried live chat but all they said was wait.
They confirmed several times over the past few weeks that my transfer would be complete and all I'd have to do is reboot.
They didn't call me on the actual day of the transfer like they said they would.
Now I see why. Because they didn't get the job done.
Now I have to spent hours on hold, likely get no solution while they blame rogers, go without internet for weeks, and fight hard for a refund for the downtime which I'm sure they'll try to not pay.
And we thought the little guys were any better? LOL
