Had a great internet connection until my neighbour just installed a new concrete driveway today :(. While in a MS teams meeting for work the internet dropped. Neighbours driveway installers wiggled the exposed cablethey dug up and my internet came back to life, It appears everything is okay again but now I am getting a slowly incrementing correctable and incorrectable codewords stats on modem.
I have called Start support but do I have any hope that rogers will come out to replace the cable or will they just say it appears to be working on there end and do nothing?
