For the past week I have been having very strange issues with upload speed pretty much dropping to 0 every ~15 minutes (drop lasts for about 5 minutes and then returns to normal). My download speeds remain unaffected. I'm usually streaming to services such as twitch.tv or youtube gaming but this has been impossible since this started. I can stream for ~15 minutes until my speeds drop.
I've been troubleshooting with tech support but have gotten nowhere. Cogeco says everything is fine on their end in terms of signal levels. They recommended swapping out the modem which I have just done and the issue is still there. Just wondering if anyone has seen this situation or has an idea of what might be causing it.
