Never had this happen before, been with Start for ~2 years now.
A video on YouTube, a live stream on Twitch, a show on Netflix, anything to do with video streaming is not working properly the last week or so. It plays for a few seconds, and then stutters, plays for a few seconds, stutters, etc.

Never heard of bufferbloat before, but my result along with a lot of other people on start.ca are getting poor results. I'm using a WRT1900AC, but I've tried plugging directly into the modem (SmartRG SR505N) and I'm getting the same issue.
I haven't changed anything to do with my wiring recently, but it's starting to get unbearable. Any ideas?
