Been happening over the last 3 weeks. Every few days, down for 10-20 minutes. I've done factory reset on it, and it doesn't help. Just waiting out the 10-20 mins and it always comes back, without needing to even reset the modem.
My router (ac66u) tells me "Your ISP's DHCP does not function properly." every time. Not sure if this message is even accurate.
Wonder what I can do? Some stats to pull? Not sure how.
Edit: It's been down nearly 30 minutes now. Will try factory resetting in a few.
Edit 2: modems "online" light was flashing. Link was solid. Reset didn't help, still same error and online light flashing. First time this problem lasted more than 30 mins. Almost an hour now. Will call support when kids are napping.
Edit 3: internet came back for about 30 seconds, and then disconnected again. Then 2 minutes later it connected again. And now disconnected. This is annoying.
