I'm debating on simply cancelling my TV service now. It's cheaper than what I would pay with Rogers, but the box is annoying. It doesn't delete the recordings properly, it likes to tell me I have no recordings at all. Powering cycling it, only gave me a error about some server time out and then it refused to respond to the remote. I had to install Android TV remote just to navigate it, which I don't like using. I want to use the remote that comes with the box.. Tried calling tech support, but calling in now has changed.. It's sounding more like Rogers, with having to press 3-4 different key combinations just to talk to someone. Not only that, I was on hold for 7 minutes, which isn't that long normally. For Start it is though. Disappointed really.
