Once again I am experiencing up stream issues which started last night around 5-6PM. Speeds have been ranging from 1-2 mbit/sec to 250 kbit/sec. Signal ranges all look in the "normal" range, etc.
Last time I spent 2.5 hours on the phone with support running through basic troubleshooting... and even went as far as swapping out cables as support grasped at any straw they could before opening a support call with Cogeco.
