I got fed up with cogeco dropping channels with no decrease in the price of service or providing a comparable channel.
After 15 months away from Start I called to get back on and it was simple BUT - had I not mentioned I had a modem already and it was synced and I was eligible for a "no truck" install I would have waited several days for service. Several days I couldn't be without during this crisis.
I'm also experiencing the 5-10 seconds internet drops. Some days there are none, the worst days are a drop every hour or so. I'm not gaming and can manage with the drops. I will put in a ticket if they continue or get worse.
Otherwise, I'm happy. I do wish Start would price match with TekSavvy. They are almost $10 cheaper for the same speeds.
