Hello All, I have upgraded from 30/5 to 75/10 last month along with a new CDA-45 modem and since then I got all kinds of random disconnections. I usually fix it by power cycling my router and/or the modem. One night it got really bad so I called tech support (hold time + work thru total to about 75 mins around mid-night), the tech got me to run some modem stats via Ethernet cable connecting to the modem. He submitted a ticket and promised will get back to me. 3 days later he left me a message saying Rogers looked into it and turned out there were some issues effecting the connectivity and that should have been fixed.
Another week pasted by, I am still experiencing disconnections to a point that I blamed my trusted router, Netgear R7000, played around with different firmware etc, and ended up borrowed a Linksys EA6500 from my friend so I can confirm that my R7000 has gone bad. However, disconnections happened again today at around 2pm, power cycled the router, internet back up for about 5 mins with really low speed (5Mbps) then dropped again, ended up hard resetting the modem and hope for the best.
I see many people would pull modem stats but unfortunately I don't have access to a computer with Ethernet port anymore, so I include below some stats I got during the tech support session to see if it helps.

Also attaching a screen shot from Fast.com speed test, it never really gets to the 75Mbps (vs speedtest.net it does) and someone told me the Loaded Latency should be around 100 ms..
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated, it is hard to have the whole family working and studying from home with these random disconnections.
