I had posted in a prior thread that I had a strange situation where all the modem (TC4400) lights were green, including the "on-line" light, but was still unable to access any web pages, email, or VOIP phone. The problem did not reoccur until today. I was able to connect to the modem CM status page and captured all the CM event logs and the connection status.
But... one interesting thing is that I also did a tracert, and found that I got as far as 24.53.249.153...

So, does this mean that when the connection was failing, I got only as far as the first start.ca owned IP address?
