Hi,
This afternoon the volume on apps is really low on the STB. I'm thinking someone accidentally turned down the device volume (as opposed to the tv volume). The remote is set up so it controls the tv volume and I can't remember where to change the STB's volume controls. Can someone point me in the right direction or if you have any other ideas?
I have some occasional senior users along with some occasional nephew users, so the remotes get dropped and random buttons get pressed and I always have someone telling me something isn't working right and I'm assuming that's what happened here.
