First time I figured it was a fluke, second time not so much.
Was going through the process of ordering CCable 60 with my own modem, and after putting in the modems serial and mac address and clicking review order the site sits there for a minute with the spinning circle, eventually timing out and then start.ca becomes unreachable for 24 hours(? not exact, but the interval I was able to test at). Obviously getting a new IP resolves it, just makes it impossible to actually complete an order.
Lil help would be appreciate, I'm just trying to get faster internet over here :D
edit: seems unrelated to browser, and something about the SN/MAC lookup, same thing happened using Edge as it did with Chrome and Firefox.
