Hey!
I'm not sure how to approach this but I've been having very intermittent internet issues lately.
Location: Niagara Falls on Start (Cogeco)
Basically the packet loss is minor (3-4%) but my pings are pretty high compared to what I normally get. Typically I'm around 25-30 ms and seeing consistently 50-60 and spikes to 100. What can I do to identify the issue? I recently replaced my modem and router (other probably unrelated internet issues?). Are others having these issues?
