[rCable] Internet down for 1 week. No temp line. No schedule for fix. Need help

Municipal construction severed the cable connection a week ago. A tech was dispatched but was unable to repair or even lay a temporary line to get things up and running. Start claims they're waiting on Rogers' maintenance. After a week of waiting, still no ETA for when a fix is coming. It's taken quite the toll since it's impossible to work from home without internet. Very frustrated with the long duration of the outage as well as the responses from parties involved. What is it going to take to have this resolved in a timely manner?
