Good morning,
Last night at approx 830 pm I called in to report an internet outage, Tiffany helped me trouble shoot, we determined that it appeared to be a connection problem and she opened a ticket with Cogeco.
at approx 9 pm our power also went out and was out until 1030 at that time our internet connection also returned, I can only assume that they were somehow related.
It looks like we will not need the Cogeco tech afterall, thanks again for the great service.
